Shipping policy

Within the continental United States, all regular orders ship free. Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii must receive a shipping quote before purchase. Some large freight items are available for purchase only after receiving a specific quote for the item to be shipped to the intended destination.

Standard items typically ship by UPS or FedEx. Most items are built-to-order, and all items have an estimated production time or handling time listed on the individual product page. You will receive email notification with the tracking information soon after shipment. In the rare case of longer-than-expected production time or handling time, we will contact customers as soon as possible in order to determine whether they would prefer the purchase shipped when possible or refunded immediately.
